I work with couples who care deeply about one another, yet find themselves stuck in patterns that create distance, tension, or repeated conflict. Often, they are thoughtful, capable people who function well in many areas of life, but feel confused or discouraged about why their relationship feels harder than it should. They want more than tools or techniques—they want to understand what’s happening beneath the surface, restore emotional closeness, and build a relationship that feels alive, secure, and sustaining. I help couples slow down reactive cycles and make sense of the emotional patterns shaping their relationship. My work is grounded in relational science and attachment-based approaches, supporting partners in developing deeper understanding, emotional responsiveness, and more intentional ways of being with one another.
