At VIBE Integrated Health - Eden Prairie, we provide evidence-based therapy & holistic services to individuals, couples, and families. Our holistic practices include trauma-informed yoga, yoga for neurodivergence, prenatal yoga, Intuitive Eating Nutrition Group, Women's Nutrition with a focus on perimenopause & menopause, and soon to come, sports nutrition. These are great additions to our traditional therapy methods which include, CBT, DBT, EMDR, Brainspotting, Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy, and Prepare & Enrich Program for Couples.
