My goal is to help you identify the patterns that are getting in the way of the relationship you want. In our work together, we’ll slow down the moments where things go off track, understand what’s driving them, and build new ways of responding so you can feel more steady, connected, and confident. While we can’t change the past, we can change how it shows up in the present. Therapy can help you make sense of long-standing dynamics, heal old wounds that still get activated, navigate current challenges (including parenting and infidelity) and create new patterns that support healthier relationships with yourself and others.
