I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Credentialed Alcohol and Substance Abuse Counselor in New York State. I mostly have experience in working with adults. I also have experience working with couples, teens and families. Some clinical issues I have the most experience in include substance abuse, depression, anxiety, and stress management. My main focus in my treatment approach centers around the establishment of a therapeutic relationship with the person I'm working with. I feel that having a good connection helps facilitate effective counseling and provides the best outcomes from the therapy process.
