Hello & Welcome! It takes courage to take that first step on your healing journey. I create a safe space for clients to feel connected, seen, heard, and valued as they do their healing work. I have over 8 years of experience helping adolescents, adults, and other therapists overcome interpersonal and emotional challenges. My role as your therapist is to provide the space to heal from past experiences and reclaim those parts of yourself you've had to reject or hide in order to feel safe. I utilize mind/body approaches of therapy to help alleviate distressing symptoms. We’ve all had experiences in life that made us have to hide, reject, or diminish parts of ourselves to feel safe, accepted and loved. I am an Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapist and have an interest in helping you improve the relationships you have within yourself and with others. This is a journey of loving yourself.
