I believe that you already have what you need inside of you. I am a warm and compassionate listener. I will work collaboratively with you, using evidenced based and creative strategies. I have worked extensively in hospice and palliative care, if it is loss that brings you here now. If you are a fan of writing, I am a passionate believer in the power of writing to heal and can work with you to use your writing to gain insight and tap into your intuitive mind.
