I am a psychodynamic and existential therapist attuned to identity, belonging, meaning-making, and inner transformation. My practice supports clients processing grief, trauma, relational challenges, and the complexities of cultural identity. With warmth and depth, I invite clients to slow down, deepen their self-understanding, and move toward healing in mind, body and spirit. My passion is to support you in becoming you, in this world we all live in - as your self, and as part of something greater. My therapeutic approach is relational, intuitive, and eclectic, integrating various Eastern and Western theoretical and philosophical foundations. I provide clients with a unique space to cultivate reflection, in the context of therapeutic connection, and gradually translating their growing insight into desired changes in life.
