Whether you're dealing with depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties or you just want more out of life, I'm here to help you gain insight into your challenges and tap into your inner resources. I do my best work with clients who struggle with symptoms of depression and anxiety. I'm also good at facilitating change for people in 12-Step recovery who are looking for support outside of the meetings.
