I enjoy working with clients who are motivated toward changing themselves and their perspective on the world we live in. You are the leader in the therapy; I am merely a companion/guide as you uncover the facets of your psyche and experience a balancing process into who you were born to be. I am a clinical social worker and also a palliative care specialist. My focus is to use DBT/Somatic Interventions, EMDR/FLASH modality for trauma recovery, Integrative & Strength Based Therapies, and Grief Processing for Life Transitions, including when faced with a life-limiting illness.
