Welcome! My name is Victoria and I am a family therapist. I enjoy working with children and families, as well as being present with parents as they navigate childhood in and out of sessions. I also have experience with high conflict, court related cases and can understand the delicate dynamics involved. Outside of family work, I also work with individuals to support navigating life transitions, high stress daily life, and a space for those much needed mental health check ins and self care. When I'm not meeting with families in the office, I work within the school district teaching mental health classes, particularly Social and Emotional Learning in the elementary school setting. I'm so grateful to see children learn and thrive through this lens. I strive to extend similar coping skills and techniques in the classroom and in the office.
