I love helping children, adolescents and adults achieve a healthy and thriving life. Whether you are looking for support for your child, your teen, or yourself, I can help. I am especially drawn to working with children and teens and have done so most of my life. I find if they are given a safe, supportive and respectful environment, they rapidly come to trust me and our work together. Children have a lot to say, and I use a variety of tools including play therapy to help them express themselves and make sense of their world
