Hi, I’m Victoria and I’m glad you’re here! Have you ever felt like the trauma you’ve experienced or your diagnosis is something that holds you back or you’re navigating it all on your own? I have, and it’s one of the primary reasons I became a therapist myself. With a history of childhood trauma and being neurodivergent, I’ve come to understand that relational support is essential to healing, growing, and creating the life we long for.
