As your counselor, I want you to feel as comfortable as possible. I prefer to work collaboratively with my clients and provide a safe and judge-free zone. I have experience with depression, self-harm, anxiety, life transitions, and trauma. I have worked with ages ranging from 5y/o and above. I utilize a wide variety of modalities that include play therapy, CBT, ACT, and mindfulness to name a few. I like to tailor our therapy sessions to fit your unique needs.
