I work with children, adolescents, and young adults who are dealing with big emotions, trauma, ADHD, identity exploration, and life transitions. Whether someone is in crisis, navigating foster care, or just feeling stuck, I focus on creating a space that feels safe, affirming, and real. I have experience working with youth in inpatient settings and foster care, supporting clients during some of their hardest moments and helping them move forward with confidence. I’m LGBTQ+ affirming, trauma-informed, and strengths-based, and I enjoy helping clients better understand their brains, build coping skills, and feel more in control of their lives.
