I offer individual therapy to teens and adults to support a broad range of issues related to mental health including trauma, anxiety, depression, identity development, life transitions, and grief. I work from the understanding that all people have strengths and vulnerabilities influencing their well-being. I strive to help clients cultivate the understanding and skills needed to foster their growth and resiliency, including using mindfulness and writing interventions to support well being.
