I am a compassionate and caring therapist sensitive to the needs of my clients. I have been treating clients with behavioral health and addiction problems for the past 24 years. I specialize in individualizing treatment for each client and understand the role of stress in the environment and how stress impacts on the mind and body. I believe unresolved stress leads to imbalances in brain chemistry which cause depression, anxiety, and physical problems. I focus on making lifestyle changes which aid in the recovery process.
