About
Whether you have recently gone through changes in your life, need help managing chronic symptoms, or are struggling to make changes to persistent thoughts, emotions and behaviors that no longer serve you, therapy can help us be more present and take action. I believe therapy works best when we are open, curious and feel safe to express who we are without judgment. Therapy can be a wonderful place to know yourself better, take healthy risks, increase confidence, and grow over time. With consistency and practice, I am here to support your journey and help you live more fully and authentically. Limited Private Practice hours allow me to focus on my speciality areas, such as OCD, Anxiety Disorders, and Avoidant Restrictive Food Intake Disorder (ARFID). Most recently, I've worked with eating disorder clients for 9 years and have experience working in intensive outpatient, inpatient and outpatient settings for trauma, mood and substance use disorders.
