I provide an affirming, person-centered, and non-judgmental space where we can collaborate on your journey toward growth, healing, and self-understanding. I love helping people to learn what's truly important to them, build empowerment, strengthen self-advocacy, develop a deeper sense of self, and enhance emotional regulation skills. I've had success doing that with adults, young adults, and adolescents. I believe in honoring your strengths, meeting you where you are, and creating a safe space for vulnerability.
