With my background and training in psychodynamic therapy, we will focus on improving your relationships - both with yourself and with others. Additionally, I have experience supporting clients through difficult relationship transitions including divorce and separation, as well as strain in family relationships. I aim to help you achieve your goals and address any concerns you may have regarding your overall wellbeing in a safe, caring environment.
