Hello! I’m Victoria, and I am a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) under the supervision of Dominique Silvestri. I provide collaborative therapy to teens, adults, couples, and families. Whether you are seeking support for yourself, your relationship, or your family, my goal is to walk alongside you as you work toward healing, growth, and meaningful change! Our work will focus on each of your unique needs and strengths, and fostering long-term emotional resilience. At its core,I see therapy as a collaborative relationship built on trust, authenticity, and compassion, making sure you feel genuinely heard, understood, and accepted. I have experience working with body image, eating disorders, self-esteem, anxiety, family conflict, relationship struggles and sport performance. I am trained in CBT for Anxiety disorders and Depression, Eating Disorder treatment modalities, and Exposure Response Prevention (ERP).
