One of the most meaningful parts of my work is witnessing those “aha” moments when clients begin to understand themselves in new ways. Together, we’ll work on helping your body settle, strengthening emotional regulation, and shifting unhelpful thinking patterns so you can move forward with confidence and peace. I’m a seasoned counselor with a strong background in trauma, attachment, and ADHD. Throughout my career, I’ve supported clients through a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, trauma, suicidal thoughts, relationship challenges, behavioral struggles, stress, ADHD, and Autism.
