I became a therapist because I genuinely love helping people and walking alongside them through life’s challenges. I am deeply passionate about reducing the stigma surrounding therapy and helping individuals recognize that mental health is just as important as physical health. In many areas of life, we prepare and protect ourselves. We wear a coat when it rains or boots when it snows. Caring for our mental health deserves that same level of intention and care. Life can be hard, and no one is meant to navigate it alone.
