I provide a safe, welcoming space where kids, teens, and women can be fully seen, known, and heard. I love helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, grief, OCD, body image, and self-worth, while also equipping them (or their parents) with tools to understand and thrive with ADHD or Autism. My goal is to help you reclaim parts of yourself, build resilience, and live more authentically! Therapy can be a place to grow, explore, and even have a little fun along the way.
