Life is hard. It's equally hard scrolling through hundreds of therapists trying desperately not to choose the wrong one. My goal is to alleviate some of your anxiety by de-stigmatizing the very real emotions that you are feeling in an authentic, non-judgmental and inclusive environment. I approach therapy with a patient, curious, friendly and emotionally focused lens. I take great pride in assisting individuals and am especially passionate about tending to people in relationships in order to help them find peace within themselves and their homes. We can do this by navigating through past traumas, attachment bonds, and eventually build an effective and powerful vocabulary to repair what is "broken.
