As a trauma therapist, I hold that empathy, compassion, and hope are essential for establishing a trusting therapeutic relationship. My journey began by providing direct services to survivors of domestic violence, substance abuse, and homelessness. I am genuinely passionate about helping individuals uncover the root causes of their challenges and promoting transformation through an eclectic, trauma-informed approach. I believe that everyone possesses a unique purpose, and our lives achieve true fulfillment when we embrace that purpose by nurturing our inner light.
