Vince’s passion for the work that he does stems from his previous career as a personal trainer, where over a decade of working with individuals to achieve fitness goals and improve athletic performance led to an appreciation for the mind-body connection. Vince’s style of counseling can be described as goal oriented, strengths-based, and solution-focused, his approach to counseling is integrative and individualized.
