When life is hard or you feel stuck, therapy is often the beginning of healing and change. I'm an associate therapist with Grace Counseling Group, supervised by Keith Attardo, LMFT44200. As a person of faith, I believe in fighting for people, and I believe doing so looks like being seen, heard, and unconditionally esteemed. As we work together, I look forward to providing a safe place to explore and process life's challenges, seek more productive lives and satisfying relationships, and discover the skills and resources needed to master them.
