If you’re in the right, I’ll say so. If you’re not, I’ll be upfront about that too — respectfully and without judgment. Therapy with me isn’t about sugarcoating or just venting; it’s about real growth, accountability, and change. I offer a safe, judgment-free space to talk openly about what’s hurting, what’s confusing, and what you want to work on.
