Violet is a clinical mental health counselor licensed in MA and MT. She provides individual psychotherapy for adults (18+) struggling with life transitions, relationship problems, anxiety, depression, substance use, and other clinical issues. Whatever the focus of therapy is, Violet collaborates with clients to help them become agents of change in their lives. She believes in the healing power of a trusting therapeutic relationship, maintaining a sense of humor in life, and becoming more in touch with and accepting of our emotions, beliefs, and values as individuals.
