My name is Virgen Garcia. I am Licensed Clinical Social Worker licensed in Florida with 7 years of experience as a therapist. I graduated with my Masters in Social Work from Barry University in Miami, Florida. I speak both English and Spanish. I use different approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy, client-centered, and motivational interviewing. I have experience working with individuals struggling with negative self-talk, low self-esteem, substance use, depression, anxiety, and history of trauma.
