I am a counselor and psychotherapist working with adults ages 21 and above, couples, and families with adult children. My training and experience includes a broad range of mental health conditions. I have developed my own integrative and strengths-based approach to therapy that emphasizes emotion-regulation, cognitive restructuring, and behavior change. My approach relies heavily on the application of information from neurobiological research and evidence-based treatment practices. My style in working with clients is interactive and educational.
