Welcome to Holistic Healing Counseling Services! I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in Georgia with over a decade of experience supporting individuals and couples through life’s challenges. It is very difficult to meet the demands of everyday life when you haven't healed from past trauma and new challenges continue to surface. Overtime, this is often how we start to lean on maladaptive behaviors. If you are struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues or grief, I am here to help. Together we will form a therapeutic alliance, identify your needs, goals, and work towards healing. Our first session is all about getting to know each other and beginning to build a foundation of trust. We'll start with brief introductions and then I’ll ask open-ended questions to better understand what’s bringing you to therapy, the challenges you’re currently facing, and what you hope to gain from our work together.
