I have been working with adults, couples, families, and children for over 40 years. In my experience, people not only seek a therapist with expertise, but also a safe environment in which to explore personal and often painful feelings. My approach combines exploring ways people can make immediate changes, as well as learning how earlier life experiences have created impediments to change. I am the author of the book The Attachment Bond: Affectional Ties across the Lifespan.
