I love working with children, teens, and young adults! I can support young people as they walk through developmental changes and lifestyle transitions including new schools, anxiety and worry, family changes, parent divorce, trauma and loss. Often times, these changes create BIG feelings that can be hard to understand and express. I enjoy helping young people understand their feelings and partnering with parents to help their child learn to express them in a healthy way.
