Hi my name is Ginny Zarinebaf, She, Her, Hers I am a practicing LPCC for the last 10 years. My approach to our time together is through a strength base, compassionate trauma informed lens. My practices focus on models of Attachment, Trauma informed CBT, Somatic and Mindfulness. I am also a Certified Trauma Informed Yoga instructor. My approach to providing therapy is modeled through a strength-based approach, open communication and space for growth. I strive to ensure safety, flow at your pace and goal for our time together.
