I provide compassionate and supportive therapy combined with modern therapeutic modalities that allow you to learn new skills to live a healthier and happier life. This is the place where we get real, a place to let your hair down and be yourself. I provide a non-judgmental space that’s collaborative with honest feedback and sometimes practical suggestions. I work with many issues including anxiety, depression, substance use, mood disorders, relationship problems, grief & loss, ADHD, career challenges, LGBTQ+, and changes in the life cycle. I've worked with homeless veterans struggling with mental illness and with adolescence in public schools.
