My own experiences navigating between Eastern and Western cultures, coupled with an understanding of the complexity of relational and family dynamics, inspired my journey to help others. With every client, I show up as my real and authentic self. Through building a genuine therapeutic relationship, we'll explore your story and get closer to living a life that feels authentic to you. I value providing culturally sensitive therapy tailored to your needs, drawing from CBT (schema), DBT, Psychodynamic, and EMDR. As a first-generation Chinese-American immigrant, I have experience navigating acculturation, bridging cultural gaps, and finding a sense of belonging between two worlds.
