Hello, I am a seasoned psychotherapist and psychoanalyst specializing in the treatment of mood and anxiety disorders in adults and adolescents. Although my primary approach is insight-oriented, I am comfortable using cognitive/behavioral techniques as well. I also have much experience working with couples. Here, too, I employ a dynamic approach, but I am not averse to short-term, solution-based goals. I do not hold to a "one-size-fits-all" theoretical approach; rather I tailor my interventions to fit the individual or couple.
