I work with tired, overwhelmed adults, couples, and parents who feel stuck in anxiety, relational stress, or survival mode. My work is warm, steady, and centered on nervous system healing, cultural awareness, and compassionate care. I support clients in understanding their emotional patterns, reconnecting with their bodies, and building skills that help them move out of survival mode. Many people come to me feeling exhausted by anxiety, family conflict, or old wounds that continue to shape their daily experiences. In therapy, we slow things down and explore what your body has carried, what your story has taught you.
