I have a bachelor’s degree in sociology, earned at the University of Havanna. I completed a PHD in Sociology at Marthin Luther University in Halle Wittenberg, Germany, and a Master of Science in psychology with a major in Marriage and Family therapy at the Carlos Albizu University, Florida USA. I have worked in the field of mental health for over 20 years in different positions and serve different populations. I'm bilingual and provide sessions in Spanish language. In our first session together, we will discuss confidentiality limits and establish rapport. I will also discuss how the therapeutic process works and assess goals for therapy.
