I am a Marriage and Family Therapist dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families build healthier, more fulfilling relationships. My approach is grounded in Attachment Theory, Emotion Focused Therapy, and Narrative Therapy, which means I focus on strengthening emotional connections, exploring personal stories, and fostering secure relationships. In our work together, I aim to create a safe, collaborative space where you can better understand your patterns, heal from past wounds, and move towards meaningful change. I believe that with the right support and insight, everyone has to ability to create new paths towards connection, growth, and emotional well-being. In our first session, my goal is to create a warm and welcoming space where you feel comfortable sharing what brought you to therapy.
