I am a Brazilian-American psychotherapist and lifelong world traveler, shaped by the belief that healing is never one-size-fits-all. My training across multiple countries, combined with fifteen years of clinical work — has taught me to see people as full, multidimensional beings, not a collection of symptoms. I honor the emotional, cultural, and relational layers that make each person unique, with use a blend of evidence-based modalities with a culturally sensitive, humanistic, and holistic lens.
