As both a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Occupational Therapist, we will work together within the context of your relationships to restore optimal health and balance. I am amazed at the resiliency, growth, and healing of clients that I join in our time together! I work with individuals, couples, and families across the life span who are adversely impacted by relationships, illness, injury, disease, trauma, and developmental concerns. Sessions are tailored to specific needs and proven techniques. Insight and strength-based approaches are encouraged, to promote a narrative of authenticity and fulfillment in your life.
