I truly believe that a life of eudaemonia is attainable to all. Eudaemonia is a noun of Greek origin that translates into ‘human flourishing’, ‘a contented state of being happy, healthy, and prosperous.’ During the past 19 years of providing counseling services to children, adolescents, young adults, adults, professionals, and families, in individual, couple, family, or group settings, I have encountered individuals who wanted to stop feeling their negative symptoms, whether internal (thought, feeling, sensation) or external (behavior, verbal, and otherwise). Our private, confidential, trusting, and collaborative client-counselor relationship will provide the safe space you have been craving to process your innermost thoughts and feelings, without fear of being judged, criticized, or told that everything will be okay, or worse, told not to feel that way.
