About
I am a licensed psychologist and have worked within the behavioral health field for the past 20 years. I seek to provide a supportive and non-judgmental environment in which adult clients (18+) can better understand and overcome their struggles, recognize their strengths, and work toward attaining their goals. I have a special interest in the treatment of anxiety disorders (panic, phobias, OCD, GAD), depression, and trauma/PTSD using cognitive behavioral therapy and interventions demonstrated by research to reduce debilitating symptoms.
