Offering individual, couples, and family counseling, psychotherapy, and hypnotherapy services to adults and adolescents. In collaboration, we will define and explore presenting problems that may be inhibiting personal growth, level of functioning, and/or overall wellbeing. Goals shall be formulated and a plan for achieving these goals established. My orientation is eclectic, drawing from evidence based practices such as Brief Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral, Existential, Clinical Hypnosis and Energy Psychology.
