Born in Hong Kong and raised in Miami, Fl, my passion for helping others came at an early age. I earned a Masters degree in Social Work at Florida International University and later a PhD in Social Welfare at the City University of New York Graduate Center. My clinical training was in adult psychiatry at Columbia University Medical Center. In my private practice, I assist adults with depression, anxiety, health problems, relationship issues, grief/loss, work stress, breakup, infertility, and parenting. My approach is warm, interactive and non-judgmental. I believe in collaborating with my clients to tailor a treatment plan to fit their unique needs.
