I am a Registered Clinical Social Worker Intern committed to providing a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space for individuals, children, families, and couples seeking support. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, and major life transitions, utilizing evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Person-Centered Therapy. My practice is grounded in trauma-informed, collaborative care, helping clients build coping skills, improve emotional regulation, and gain insight while honoring their lived experiences, strengths and goals.
