My ideal client is someone who is seeking counseling for experiencing anxiety/depressions, or for their substance use, or is court mandated because of substance use, or is impacted by substance use or an addiction. The client has a desire to learn or want something to change. I can provide support and guidance in a safe, non-judgemental environment to address their immediate need as they go through a process of discovery and healing.
