I have successfully helped many people battle Addiction, Depression, Anxiety/Panic, complicated grief, and PTSD. I focus on decreasing/eliminating symptoms, providing tools/skills, increasing understanding/self-awareness, and helping people find meaning. I love to help people experience more peace in the lives, which continues to be a goal for my practice and a gift for my clients.
